I am the Instructional Design & Technology Librarian at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and serve as the user experience designer for the library. I have experience conducting focus groups and usability studies to evaluate the library's online presence. These evaluation methods have shaped my interface designs for several library wide websites. I am also responsible for the development of the library's instructional tutorials and the Stories of the American South learning objects. I manage all day-to day activity in the Undergraduate Library's Design Lab which supports faculty online course development and student digital and multimedia projects.
